MP Weather: Due to heavy rains in MP, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert. Apart from red alert in 7 districts, orange alert and yellow alert have also been issued for some districts.

Madhya Pradesh Meteorological Department has issued red alert in 7 districts warning of heavy rain. 115 to 220 mm of rainfall is likely. Apart from this, orange yellow alert has also been issued in many districts of MP. According to the information received from the Meteorological Department officials, heavy rain is likely in Umaria, Katni, Jabalpur, Mandla, Panna, Damoh, Shivpuri districts of MP in the next 24 hours.

Apart from this, heavy rain may also be recorded in some districts in the next 5 days. Meteorological department officials said that a red alert will remain in place for 48 hours in Umaria, while a red alert for heavy rain will be issued in Dindori after 24 hours. Katni, Jabalpur, Mandla are likely to receive heavy rain for 2 days. This is the first time that the Meteorological Department has issued. A red alert for so many districts of MP with the possibility of heavy rains.

MP Weather – Orange and yellow alert in these districts

An orange alert has been issued for Madhya Pradesh’s Chitra, Singrauli, Rewa, Satna, Shahdol, Dindori, Narsinghpur, Chhindwara, Sewni, Balaghat, Sagar, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh, Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Vidisha, Raisen. Apart from this, yellow alert has been announced for Sihore, Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Betul, Dewas, Gwalior, Bhind, Morena, Anuppur, Niwari.

Most of the districts of MP will receive rain

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in the entire Madhya Pradesh in the next 5 days. Many districts of Madhya Pradesh will also see a drop in temperature due to drizzle. Officials of the Meteorological Department are alerting the people by keeping a close eye on the monsoon.
