This country wants to win the ICC World Cup 2023 at any cost

To significantly boost Netherlands’ preparations for the ICC World Cup 2023. The team will visit India in the second week of September for some warm-up matches. The official warm-up matches for Netherlands will take place in Hyderabad or Thiruvananthapuram after the practice match in Bengaluru. This World Cup will be very important for the team. The team has qualified for the first time since 2011.

To significantly boost Netherlands’ preparations for the ICC World Cup 2023. The Dutch team will come to India in the second week of September for some warm-up matches. The dates and venues are still being decided, as these will be warm-up matches ahead of the scheduled World Cup.

Has not played a match since the World Cup qualifiers

In such a scenario, an official of the Netherlands Cricket Association told the news agency, “Yes. We will reach (India) a few days early and play a few matches (in Bengaluru) before entering the official warm-up matches.” This match is important for us because we haven’t played a big match since we qualified for the World Cup early last month.”

Hyderabad will be the team’s favorite destination

Netherlands will go to Hyderabad or Thiruvananthapuram for the official warm-up matches after the practice match in Bengaluru. However, Hyderabad will be the preferred venue for the Dutch as they will play their first two World Cup matches in the city.

The Netherlands will open their World Cup 2023 campaign against Pakistan NET vs PAK at the Rajiv Gandhi. International Stadium on October 6, while they will face New Zealand at the same venue on October 9.

First World Cup since 2011

This match will be important for Netherlands before the World Cup. Coach Ryan Cook pleaded with the players to schedule some games in the subcontinent so they could get accustomed to the climate. The Netherlands will be participating in their fifth World Cup, however it will be their first since 2011.
