Gwalior High Court has given a big relief. Reversing the single bench order, the double bench of the Gwalior High Court upheld the certificate of MLA Jajpal Singh Jajji. It may be noted that in the month of December last year, a single bench of the High Court had declared the MLA Jajji’s Scheduled Caste certificate as illegal and declared his assembly void and the F.I.R. Orders were given.
After the decision of the High Court, the impending crisis on the Assembly was averted
It may be noted that MLA Jajji had entered a double bench against the decision of the single bench case, since it was based on the order of the single bench, now the matter has been decided. MLA Jajji has got a big relief after this. This decision has not only averted the impending threat to his assembly but also put an end to the questions raised on his caste certificate after the court’s decision.

A double bench of the High Court upheld the caste certificate
MLA Jajpal Singh Jajji’s lawyer SS Gautam said that the verdict was in favor of MLA Jajji and his caste certificate was upheld. A double bench of the High Court also upheld the Scheduled Caste certificate issued to the judge by the High Level Inquiry Committee of Madhya Pradesh. Along with this, the decision of the single bench has also been canceled by the double bench. Advocate Gautam has said that the double bench has also made many comments on the decision of the single bench of the High Court.
Former BJP MLA Laddu Ram Kori filed the case
It is worth mentioning that former BJP MLA Ladduram Kori. Who contested against Jajji, appealed to the Gwalior Single Bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. To declare the caste certificate of Jajpal Singh Jajji invalid. A single bench also ruled in favor of Laddu Ram Kori. But the double bench reversed this decision. A double bench of the Gwalior High Court has also said significant things in its decision regarding the Scheduled Caste Certificate of Nat Caste of Jajpal Singh Jajji.
The High Court accepted the decision of the inquiry committee as basis
Advocate SS Gautam said the double bench dismissed the questions raised on the decision of the High Level Scrutiny Committee. The government’s apex body for determining caste. Along with this, only the certificate issued by the committee is considered suitable. Apart from this, the matter of migration here from Punjab has also been considered in favor of Mr. Jajji. Jajpal Singh Jajji’s ancestors came to Madhya Pradesh from Punjab about 100 years ago. And his Nat caste falls under the Scheduled Caste category of Madhya Pradesh. His supporters welcomed the decision in Jajji’s favour.
