To do this, you sit on the floor with both feet forward and your back and neck straight. Now take two dumbbells in your hands and straighten your arms. Now straighten the arms once and slowly bring the weight up to the shoulders. Do this up and down 10 times. You can set 10 of these.

Superman

You lie on a mat with weight on your stomach. Now take a deep breath and stretch and hold while lifting both your legs, both arms, chest, Thai. Now slowly place your hands, feet and neck on the floor and relax. Do this 10 times. In this way you do 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions.

Pushups
