Won gold medal in horse riding after 41 years
India bagged its third medal on the third day at the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou. Indian equestrian team has created history by winning gold medal after 41 years. Indian equestrian team Sudipti Hajela, Divyakirti Singh, Anush Aggarwal and Hriday Kheda won gold in the team event with a brilliant performance.

Indian team is 4.5 points ahead of China
Let us tell you that in the 40-year history of horse riding, India has won gold in the Asian Games for the first time. India’s equestrians Anush, Sudipti, Divyakirthi and Hriday performed brilliantly in the finals of the dressage event. The team scored 209.205 points. While the Chinese team was ranked second. China got a total of 204.882 points. Hong Kong got 204.852 points.
India got bronze in sailing
India’s Ibad Ali won the bronze medal in men’s sailing. Earlier, Neha Thakur won the silver medal with 28 points. This is India’s second medal of the day. With this, India has won 14 medals in the Asian Games. Which includes three gold.
While in swimming, the men’s 4x100m medley relay team reached the final with a national record. Ankita Raina has reached the quarter finals of tennis. Earlier on Tuesday, India defeated Singapore 16-1 in hockey. Additionally, two judokas qualified for the quarter-finals to book their place in the quarter-finals.
The men’s team won gold in the 10m team air rifle.
On Monday, the women’s cricket team and the men’s team won gold in the 10m team air rifle shooting.
