After seeing the construction of the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft, US scientists working on difficult rocket missions, according to Isro Chairman S Somanath, proposed that India share space knowledge with them. Somanath speaking to schoolchildren during a celebration honoring the late former President’s 92nd birthday that put on by the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam’s Foundation.
