Dussehra 2023: The festival of Vijayadashami is being celebrated with pomp across the country today. President Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and CM Shivraj greeted the countrymen on the occasion of Vijayadashami.
The President wrote in a post on his social media account Twitter, “My hearty greetings to all the countrymen on the holy festival of Dussehra.”
”Dussehra, which is also celebrated as Vijayadashami, inspires us to follow the path of truth and religion. On this auspicious festival, I wish that we all keep moving forward on the path of truth and justice with the spirit of the welfare of the entire humanity.

Vijayadashami is celebrated every year on the tenth day of Ashwin month. Dussehra is also known as Vijayadashami. This festival is celebrated to symbolize the victory of good over evil.
