Farhan Akhtar and his family members recently attended his daughter Shakya’s convocation ceremony. Farhan is blessed with two daughters from his ex-wife, Adhuna Bhabani. Shakya graduated from Lancaster University, in the United Kingdom. The actor was present at the convocation ceremony with wife Shibani Dandekar, Adhuna, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi and Honey Irani.Farhan Akhtar took to his Instagram handle and shared a series of photos from his daughter’s convocation ceremony.
Farhan got married to Adhuna in 2000. 17 years later, they got divorced.Meanwhile, on the work front, Farhan Akhtar will be donning the director’s hat for ‘Jee Le Zaraa’. He had recently begun recce for the film. The star-studded cast of this movie includes Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif. Apart from helming ‘Jee Le Zaraa’, Farhan might be making an appearance in the movie too.

He even tagged his sister Zoya Akhtar, and his younger daughter Akira Akhtar, who were unable to attend the convocation.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Farhan will be getting back to the director’s chair after almost 11 years with a female-oriented road trip film ‘Jee Le Zara’ which will feature Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
