19 players from MP Academy will represent India in Asian Games

Players from Madhya Pradesh are also ready to showcase their talent in the 19th Asian Games 2022 to be playe in Hangzhou, China. A total of 43 players from Madhya Pradesh have bee selected for these games, the special thing is that 19 players are participating. Those trained at the academy in Madhya Pradesh will represent India in the Games.

Selection of MP Academy players for Asian Games

Canoe Slalom – Shubham Kewat, Shikha Chauhan, Hitesh Kewat, Vishal Verma. Sales – Neha Thakur, Sheetal Verma, Harshita Tomar. Kayaking-Canoeing – Arjun Singh, Neeraj Verma, Shivani Verma, Kaveri, O Vinita Devi, Prachi Yadav and Manisha Kaurav (both Para Canoe). Rowing – Rukmani Dangi. In equestrian, Raju Singh and Sudipti Hajela of Madhya Pradesh Academy have been selecte for the Asians 2022 Games. Kapil Parmar of Madhya Pradesh Martial Arts Academy will represent India in the Judo (Blind Judo category) event. Two associate members of the academy, Diksha and Sapna Burman will be part of the Indian athletics squad.

11 players from Madhya Pradesh outside the academy will represent India in the Asian 2022 Games.
