A Kotwar convention has bee organized on Sunday at the Lal Parade Ground in the capital of Madhya Pradesh. In which Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has arrived. On reaching the Lal Parade ground at 12:30 PM, CM Shivraj made an important announcement for the Kotwars. CM Shivraj has announced that all Kotwars will bee given the benefit of health insurance scheme.
Honorary pay also announce to be doubled
The Chief Minister has also announced to double the honorarium of Kotwars. The CM said that the salary of Kotwaros will now bee increased by at least Rs 500. Such Kotwars who do not have service land and pay monthly Rs. 4000 gets. Now he gets monthly Rs. 8000 will bee obtained.
On retirement Rs. 1 lakh amount
The uniform color of Kotwaros will also be khaki now. An amount of Rs 1 lakh will bee given to him on retirement. The honorarium of Kotwars with service land up to three acres is Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,000 will bee made. The honorarium of Kotwars with service land up to 7.5 acres is Rs. 600 to Rs. 1200 will bee done. Kotwars with service land up to 10 acres will bee given a minimum honorarium of Rs 1000. There will be no minimum educational qualification for appointment to the post of Kotwar. Every Kotwar will bee given a CUG SIM. Government will give money every month for recharge. Every sister of Kotwar families will bee given the benefit of Ladli Brahmin Yojana.
