On October 12, NASA scientists will launch a spacecraft in the last phases of preparing for a $10,000 quadrillion asteroid. Psyche prepared by engineers and specialists. The objective of this mission is to investigate a celestial body whose worth may be more than that of the whole world economy.
The asteroid is located between Mars and Jupiter in the outermost region of the main asteroid belt.

According to a NASA press statement, Psyche scheduled to launch on a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket from Launch Complex 39A at the organization’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Thursday, October 12 at 10:16 a.m. EDT. The mission’s objective is to thoroughly examine this space rock in order to learn more about planetary cores and the creation of the Earth. According to NASA, the asteroid Psyche provides a special window into these elements involved in planet formation as well as the chance to look into a kind of world that hasn’t looked at before. According to Metro News, this asteroid is worth $10,000 quadrillion while the global GDP as a whole is now a comparably pitiful $105 trillion.

Regarding the mission

On its website, the space agency noted that Psyche is both the name of an asteroid that orbits the Sun between Mars and Jupiter and the name of a NASA space mission led by Arizona State University to visit that asteroid. As one of two missions for the agency’s Discovery Programme, a series of very inexpensive missions to solar system objects, the mission chosen by NASA on January 4, 2017. After a flyby of Mars and a boost from gravity, the Psyche spacecraft intended to reach the asteroid using solar-electric (low-thrust) propulsion.
