Former Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) head K Sivan stated on Friday that Chandrayaan-3 developed a day after Chandrayaan-2’s failure and urged students to take chances. Speaking at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Goa’s graduation event, Sivan remarked, “When you saw Chandrayaan-2’s failure, we did not remain quiet. The very following day, we gave Chandrayaan-3 a definition. The Prime Minister gave me his blessing the next day to move on with the proposal.

“We discovered what went incorrect in Chandrayaan-2…We were sad at the time, but you had to get up right away. You can now view Chandrayaan-3’s success. So, we learned a valuable lesson from this. You ought to understand how to overcome failure and how to grow from it, stated Sivan.

Sivan, said he genuinely intended to a teacher, described how he advised to “get lost” when applied for position at the satellite center of the ISRO.

“After BE, I planned to look for a career, but jobs were difficult to come by. I interested about pursuing a master’s degree, and after completing it, I traveled to the ISRO satellite center to get employment. They claimed that you are a useless man. Finally, I elected chairman of the same company.I obtained a job at the rocket center since I didn’t get a position at the satellite center, he said.

“I never achieved what I desired in my job. I intended to pursue a BE [degree] in engineering after finishing the pre-university course, but my father refused. He requested that I enroll in BSc instead of BE because he did not have the funds to pay for BE.
