  2. Potatoes 1
  3. Semolina 150 grams
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Celery 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  7. Achari masala 1 tsp
  8. Baking soda 1 tbsp
  9. Oil

Diwali Snacks – Recipe for delicious Aloo Masala Mathari

There are a few things that are most important for you to keep in mind in order to make delicious Masala Mathari. Before making mathari, keep all the ingredients in one place.

After that, boil the potatoes and keep them in a pot. To make mathari, first of all you have to mix semolina, flour and baking soda well in a bowl.

Then add boiled potato and mix well. After that add salt, pickle masala, celery powder, red chilli powder and water and mix the flour well.

When the dough is kneaded, let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes so that it sets completely. Then make small balls of the dough and give them the shape you want.

Then heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, add your mathari and fry it well.

When it gets fried well, take it out in a vessel, your mathris is ready. You can serve it with tea.
