In 2005, AR Murugadoss was inspired by Christopher Nolan’s film Memento (2000) and made the Tamil action thriller Ghajini, which was a super-duper hit at the box office. The film had Asin in the lead role along with Surya.
There is a discussion about Ghajini 2. AR Murugadoss, who is busy with Sikandar, has finally given a big update on the sequel of Ghajini in a recent interview. According to Bollywood Hungama, the director has revealed that he met Aamir Khan before making Sikandar. He has some ideas about the sequel but right now all the star cast is busy with their respective projects. Now it remains to be seen when AR Murugadoss and Aamir Khan join hands again for Ghajini 2.
There is still suspense over when Aamir Khan will be seen in Ghajini 2. But before that, the actor will be seen rocking the sequel of his superhit film. He is working on the upcoming film Sitaar Zameen which may be released on Christmas this year.
The entire team worked hard to make Ghajini a superhit. The story made the audience laugh and the climax brought tears to their eyes. All the songs also became evergreen.
